Founded in 1993, the Suwannee Chapter of FTA serves Dixie, Columbia, Hamilton, Lafayette, Madison, Suwannee, and Taylor Counties. Suwannee Chapter maintains FTA's Econfina River, Ellaville, and Big Oak Trails. People who would like to learn or teach sailing are invited aboard a 28' sailboat in Panama City this May. Little or no experience and a commitment to participate on a weekly basis is required. Two to three hour excursions in St. Andrews Bay. Eventually this could lead to long distance cruises following the Florida coast. I will be running trips this May 2013 only.
