EVENT: A series of 4 short films including: Zipper- Yaki, is an Israeli builder is under house
arrest for assaulting an employee and now learns that his son is coming to Israel for his Bar Mitzvah.
Yaki has to struggle with the fact that he will not be there. Sidney Turtlebaum – a modern
bittersweet comedy set in the heart of London’s Jewish Community. Broken Time – A young boy
living in Tel Aviv when a terrorist bomb rips through his neighborhood and the anxiety he deals with
while he waits for his mother to come home, and Eve - When Kate goes to visit her Grandma Lola
for a private dinner, she is surprised to find herself the third wheel on her Grandma’s date with Joe.
These are 4 excellent films that will be well worth seeing.
MEET: At 7:30, we will go for a bite to eat before the Movie in Coolidge Corner at the Jerusalem
Café on Pleasant Street and the movie(s) start at 9pm
RSVP: By November 8th so that we can have a headcount in order to save seats

COST: BJFF TICKET INFORMATION: $12 general admission, $10 BJFF, CCT, ICA, MFA,
WGBH members, students, and seniors. Plus $5 for non-members.
Tickets sell-out during BJFF quickly so buy them early, everyone is responsible for purchasing
