KAYAKING ALONG THE CHARLES in Newton

EVENT: Join the group for some paddlin’ time on the Charles River in the Lakes District from Newton
Lower Falls to the Moody Street Dam, that’s nearly 6 miles of water open to explore. We will meet
Saturday at Charles River Canoe and Kayak’s Newton boathouse on 2401 Commonwealth Ave. Go to:

(it has MBTA access too). We will plan for 1 maybe 2 hrs of Kayaking or Canoeing and after we get
our land legs back those who wish to join for a bite to eat can share the adventures they had out on the River.

COST: Hourly rates are $16 canoe, $15 single kayak & $18 dbl, $18 paddleboat, plus $5 for nonmembers.
