"My name is Glenn and I am an active member of the Jewish Mosaic Outdoor Mountain Club of Greater New York. Come enjoy our wide variety of activities."

What areas within the tri state area will you travel to for an event? Westchester, Long Island, Connecticut, New Paltz, New Jersey, Pennsylvania?

"I am fairly flexible although Westchester, CT, and NYC are the areas of choice. I would like to hike up in New Paltz more often as Minnewaska and Mohonk are just stunning."

What is your level of Jewish Observance? Do you keep kosher?

"I am reform but do occasionally enjoy the warm glow of a shabbat dinner. I enjoy many of the Jewish Holidays particularly Chanukah, Shavous, Sukkos, and Purim. They are very festive holidays and remind us how perserverant Jewish people truly are."

Name some of your favorite hiking trails?

"Minnewaska State Park, Greenwich Audobon Society, and Anthony's Nose just to name a few."

What are your favorite Outdoor Activities?

"A moderate hike ending up by a lake for a swim.. Also, a scenic tour of a historical site."
