Like the outdoors and new challenges? Interested in impressing your friends and even strangers with some killer balance skills? In either case, Boston Slackliners is the group for you! If you don't know what slacklining is, you need to. Some may say it belongs in a circus, but its true home is strung between two trees in the great outdoors. It's kind of like tight-rope walking, but way cooler. If you're already an experienced slackliner, come share your skills with others. Even if you've never seen or tried it, you're all welcome! Every 1st Sunday of the month we'll be out along the Boston side of the Charles, in between the Hatch Shell and the Mass Ave Bridge, from 2 to 4 or maybe longer... Come check it out! Keep your eye out for random slacklining events as well!
Hey folks,
We've had a bit of a break, but the weather look gorgeous for this Sunday! Let's enjoy it with some slacklining! I'll set up a few lines this Sunday the 8th of November, from 1:00 to 4:00 in the afternoon. The location is on the Boston side of the Esplanade, a little bit west of the Hatch Shell. Here's a link to google maps:
This group doesn't have any additional upcoming Meetups scheduled.
