We will meet in the Visitors Parking Lot of the Grumbacher Center at 9:30. http://www.ycpspartan... gives directions and has a link at the bottom to a map. We are in the visitors parking lot (yellow on the map) by the athletic fields and closest to the Gumbacher Center.
We will be staying together as a group so we welcome both fast and slower riders. If we have a huge group, we may split into a faster group and a slower group, but no one will be left behind.
Make sure to dress for the weather, wear sunscreen and bring plenty of water. Helmets are required, but you do not need a special bike to particpate. Any bike in good working order will work.
We will do 15 miles, following the exact same course as the YWCA York Women's Sprint Triathlon. http://www.mapmyrun.c... For those who wish, you may join us for a 5K run immediately following. Let's hear it for the brick workouts! (Ugh!)
