The Adventure Picnic: Treasure Hunt/Potluck Extravaganza!

We're hosting the first ever Paris Adventures Treasure Hunt/Potluck Picnic Extravaganza!

What, ask you, is so special about this picnic compared to any other picnic? Why should you bother coming to just another run-of-the-mill bo-ring picnic? Because this one will have a treasure-hunt-audio-walking-tour too! How cool is that?

Here's the plan: We'll meet up for some standard picnic goodness; food, drinks, Frisbee. We'll then get into adventure mode with a treasure hunt/walking tour/podcast hybrid. Prepare to be amazed, prepare to be entertained, prepare to be educated (but only a little bit).

Here's what we ask of you:

• Download some MP3s, put them on your portable player of choice, and bring it along on Saturday. The adventure won't work without it! If you don't have a mp3 player, that is fine...you can work with someone who does.

• Get your mp3 files at this link: www.parisurbanadventures.org

• Just go to that link, and at the top you'll see 'Downloads', click on that, and then click on 'Adventure Files', and then you can download the package of audio files needed to do the treasure hunt on Sat.

• If you've got a digital camera, bring it along as you'll be taking some photos along the way.

• Bring some food and/or drink to enjoy and share. Try to bring something a little different to eat so we don't end up with 20 fruit salads! ;) We will take care of the paper plates, plastic cups, plastic utensils and wine openers.
