About The Event:
Do you think you know D.C.? Grab your smartest friends and prove it, because you never know where the hunt will lead.
The Make-A-Wish® D.C. Scavenger Hunt challenges teams of two to six people to follow clues and answer questions about people, places and things throughout Washington, D.C. After searching high and low throughout our nation's capital, participants are invited back to Maggiano's in Friendship Heights for heavy hors d'oeuvres, drinks and an exciting awards ceremony.
We?ll see how smart you really are, and how well you know D.C. First place rules ? no points for second place. Do you have what it takes?
Teams that raise $1,700 or more in pledges can take it to the next level and participate in the exciting Challenge Course.
Fees:
Registration fee is $35 per person before April 4 and $45 per person after.
Each team member is required to raise $100. Greater pledge totals mean more points, which means good things for you and your team.
Start Time:
Check-in is at 8 a.m. at Maggiano's Little Italy with a continental breakfast. Teams will have until 2:30 p.m. to scavenge their way through the city to answer as many questions and complete as many tasks as possible.
