“ mini500 - new to me. I have only been running for about a year. My dad got me hooked. Then, last fall, some neighbors asked me to do training at Roncker?s for the Turkey day race. Roncker?s is in O?Bryonville. We would meet twice a week. They break down the runners by speed and distance . So I trained for 10k others trained for 1/2 marathon. We ran in a few races while training as well ie. Reggae run Ault Park. Great fun, you may be a bit advanced- but worth looking into! ”
