Introduction
I like all sorts of outdoor activites and I'm always looking for partners to do this stuff with.
How did you learn about the Anchorage Adventurers MeetUp?

I started it after learning about outdoor adventure type MeetUps in other cities.

Where are a few of your favorite outdoor places anywhere in the world? Anywhere in Alaska? Any where in the Anchorage area?

Bear Valley and Upper O'Malley entrances to Chugach State Park. Most of southern Utah. Prince William Sound.

When are you most interested in Adventure activities: after work, Saturday's, Sunday's, weekends, mid-week, other times?

After work and weekends are high on my list. As a realtor I often have to work weekends but can get weekdays off. I try to do a week or two week trip every summer.

Who is your favorite 'name' or person in the outdoor world?

Dave Roberts, author of many outdoor adventure books, articles and anthologies. First book of his I read is 'Mountain of My Fear' about his and Don Jensen's attempt to climb Mt. Deborah in the central Alaska Range.

If you had to choose just one outdoor activity to participate in what would it be?

Hiking

  •  Thanks for the shout, but I think you have me confused with someone else, because I didn't go hiking last night, and I am not going to Europe anytime soon. but thanks again anyway. (I think there are 2 Daniella's which is pretty amazing-->it is not a common name).

  •  Hey Doug,
Sorry I missed to trail on the way back. I was sort of jogging and my knee was killing me and I just wanted to get back to the car. Of course I went too far North and noticed after some time things weren't right. Did some Wackin' and I made it back by 5:30. You all were gone. Sorry. I didn't try to get ahead...I was gonna meet you all back at the car. I just wanted to get my boots off.
    talk to you later, B-
