New Organizer Recruitment!

Why: Our Pacific Northwest's winter activities season is fast-approaching so we're seeking additional Organizers to fill our calendar with interesting and varied events:
- Snowshoeing
- Cross-country Skiing (groomed/Nordic and non-groomed)
- Backcountry Skiing
- Downhill Skiing/Snowboarding
- Winter Alpine Scrambling
- Winter Conditioning Hiking
- Winter Camping
- Snowtubing/Sledding
Who: This event is offered to Members interested in or curious about becoming a Seattle Outdoor Adventurers Organizer. Organizer Qualifications: You'd be wrong to think you gotta be Ann Bancroft or Ed Viesturs! Organizer Obligations: None. Once you become an Organizer, simply post as many events as you're capable of organizing. If life gets too busy, Organizers are welcome to take a hiatus and, later, return. I got a lot out of the meeting. It was nice to hear about some of the problems you would run up against when organizing an event. I had heard similar stories, especially on the separated group and someone getting lost issue. Accoustics were not so good in the room we were in, the quiet ones could not be heard as well.
