Meet n Greet for camping trip to southern Oregon

Hi everyone,

I have decided to reserve group campsites so the itinerary and costs have changed for this trip as follows:

The camping trip to southern Oregon will occur from Saturday, June 28th to Sunday, July 6th. We will have a planning meeting on Sunday, May 18th (tomorrow) to meet each other and to continue to plan the trip. The current plan is to drive down and explore the coast, camp in Newport at Beverly Beach and make our way further down the coast and camp at Cape Blanco. We will then travel to Valley of the Rogue and camp there while doing a lot of fun things including white water rafting on the Rogue River, hiking, tubing, canoeing on Crater Lake, exploring the caves, playing cards and chilling out by the campfire (accompanied by some great guitar music). We will take the scenic route north through the Willamette Valley, camp at Cascadia and travel on the pass over Mt Hood on our way home.

The camping costs are as follows:

For the nights of:

June 28-June 29th: Newport-Beverly Beach, $61/night plus $6 to reserve (total cost: $134)
June 30-July 1st: Cape Blanco: $61/night plus $6 to reserve (total cost: $128)
July 2nd-July 4th: Valley of the Rogue: $61/night plus $6 to reserve (total cost: $189)
July 5th: Cascadia: $61/night plus $6 to reserve the spot (total cost: $67)

Total cost of camping for the group for the trip: $518

VERY IMPORTANT:

Currently the above campgrounds have one group campsite each available for reservation so I need to pay and make reservations this Monday. So far, 13 people have RSVP'd yes and a lot of people have RSVP'd maybe. I estimate 10 people will go so each person's cost for camping for the entire trip will total $51.80. Please pay me at the meeting to reserve a spot because I need to reserve the campsites on Monday!!

ALSO VERY IMPORTANT:

Many of you can not attend the meeting tomorrow but want to reserve a spot. If you can not attend the meeting, please e-mail me by Monday to pay and reserve a spot. You will most likely need to mail me a check. My address is:
